Paris Luxe Welcomes Travel Agents as our Partners.

We suggest encouraging your clients to book as early as possible to avoid
disappointment. Many regular clients tend to book months even a year in advance
especially during peak season.

As a Paris Luxe partner, Travel Agents have access to our portfolio of first rate luxury
apartments in prime neighborhoods such as St.Germain des Pres and Marais. All of the
Luxe apartments are fully furnished and include a complimentary concierge. Some
apartments include amenities such as airport transfers, stocked refrigerator and maid
service.

In order to expedite your search, please review apartments by neighborhood, size, rate
and category. The category and price reflect the differences in dècor and amenities. The
prices listed include all utilities and no hidden fees. Some of the owners will require an
additional $350 per guest, per week for guest utilizing the sofa bed.

Travel Agents are asked to provide an email request for an apartment and a Paris Luxe
agent will contact you within 24 hours. Agents may contact us toll free 1 800 708 7659 to
discuss your client's specific needs.

In order to best respond to your inquiry, please collect this information:

	Arrival and Departure dates including alternative dates
	The number of guests traveling including children and ages
	What kind of bedding is required (King, Queen, Double, Twins, Sofa beds, Cots)
	Please collect apartment names of interest
	Amenities that your client will desire
	Luxe Destination Adventures of interest.

Commission:
Apartments are booked on a 5% commissionable net basis which you can add to your
commission. Travel agents are allowed to deduct his/her commissions and prepay the
entire reservation for your client. In order to receive commission for your agency, Paris
Luxe requires agent IATA number and company mailing address.

Terms:
All apartment fees are in U.S. dollars, with no hidden charges. Apartments must be
prepaid in full 5 weeks prior to arrival; select apartments must be prepaid 90 days prior
to arrival. For stays over 5 weeks, apartments are discounted 20% on list fees.

Refundable Security Deposit:
Upon booking, guests have 7 business days to mail or wire transfer the deposit. Paris
Luxe no longer accepts credit card imprints as a security deposit for protection against
unforeseen damage to the apartment. Please advise clients not to misplace keys since
fees can be upwards of $800.00. For further details click here.

Cancellation Policy:
Paris Luxe strongly recommends that Travel Agents encourage clients to purchase travel
insurance. Once an apartment is fully booked, cancellations unless more than six
months in advance from the date of cancellation will not be refunded, 50% will be
refunded if owners have a minimum of six months to re-book the apartment.
