Do you own a luxury apartment in Paris that you would like to rent?
Paris Luxe requires our apartment owners to have a property manager or responsible caretaker,
who will welcome guests upon check in and ensure a proper checkout at 10am. Manager or
caretaker will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the apartment upon guest arrival.
This person should speak English and be reachable during the week in the event of any
unforeseen circumstance. Should a maintenance problem occur at the property, such as a faulty
boiler, leaks, etc., the caretaker must resolve it immediately. For accidental breakages caused
by the guests, the security deposit is on hand.
Among the most important requirements in order to list your luxury apartment with Paris Luxe
is that it should be located in a prime arrondissement (1-8) tastefully furnished, recently
renovated with a well equipped kitchen. Prior to accepting your property, Paris Luxe (our Paris
staff and US booking agents) must visit the property first to determine its appeal to our market
and to meet your property manager. We visit Paris a number of times throughout the year and
US agents traditionally occupy the apartment for four-five nights during off season
