A cancellation due to a long lost cousin, friend or foe with an
available apartment
(as noted in the Paris Luxe contract).
A cancellation
due to illness, family tragedy, earthquake or flight cancellations (as
noted in
the Paris Luxe contract).
A different color couch or replacement
of select furniture (owners have the right to
upgrade furnishings).
An ill informed guest who did not review the apartment, location or age of the
building.
The common areas (elevator, lobby, courtyard) are not
catering to client's
personal taste.
If you are a light sleeper,
early riser and book in a prime location or complain
about neighbors or surrounding
noise, building construction or any other non-
related apartment noise.
If you checkout early for any reason not allowing the Paris host to address your
issues.
If you are claustrophobic, suffer from severe allergies,
asthma, a heart condition,
disabled or any other medical condition .
If the you have not read the terms of your Paris Luxe contract.
If you have waited too long to utilize your amenities (do not wait a week before
your departure).
If a view or balcony is not stated on the website apartment
description than please
do not assume one. Paris Luxe represents each apartment
with honesty and
integrity by sending an in-house representative to objectively
review each
apartment. If your expectations include a larger apartment (please
review square
footage), a specific location (ask our advice) state of the art
appliances, luxurious
entrance/lobby, large elevators, flat screen televisions
or any other luxury amenity,
please discuss in advance before booking with your
agent. The latters responses
WILL NOT be accepted as ground for refund. Paris
Luxe will not be held
responsible for situations deemed inaccurate by our Parisian
owner or property
manager in regards to unsubstantiated circumstances arising
from guest
communication.
An educated and informed guest is our best client,
please review the photographs
carefully. ASK, ASK, ASK questions that reflect
your concerns, needs, wants and
desires. A disliking of the couch, color of the
wall or building entrance, subjective
apartment scent will not constitute a refund.

carefully and we understand the sensitive needs
of our clients hence we operate
on the highest level of integrity. Paris Luxe's
clientele is based on referrals and we
