Refundable
Security Deposit
In lieu of recent events, Paris Luxe Apartments
will not accept credit cards as a form of
security deposit. Guests are required
to submit a personal/business check addressed
to Planet 65 LLC, our holding company
or wire transfer funds to the Planet 65 LLC
account listed on the Paris Luxe contract
provided by a Paris Luxe booking agent. The
apartment arrival instructions will
not be released to the guest until a check for the
security deposit has been received
by Paris Luxe Apartments, 3333 Henry Hudson
Pkwy, Suite 22T, Riverdale, NY 10463, within
7 business days from the date of the
booking confirmation. If Paris Luxe has not
received a security deposit check within 7
business day, Paris Luxe may exercise
the option to cancel the booking and the guest
will be fined a $350.00 management
fee.
Once full payment and the security check have been received, the
apartment arrival
instructions will be sent to the guest.The security deposit
is fully refundable 14-30 after
departure. Paris Luxe awaits notification for
the owner and the luxe team in Paris
regarding any damages to the apartment. If
there are damages, guest is immediately
notified and the said damage is discussed
with your Paris Luxe agent. |
