| This is the perfect apartment
for your inner literati and art critic. Debate philosophy
or discuss Bauderlaire to your heart's content and
wander the cobbled and quaint streets. Close your
eyes and easily transplant yourself back to 1745

cultural places of interest like the Place des Vosges,

| This is a six-star rating

the haute monde environment that surrounds you.
The incredible panoramic views of the city cant
be easily found in Paris residences. All rooms are
furnished exquisitely and with all the modern conveniences.
Nothing has been left out amenities include daily
maid service and a cook is available upon request.

| The wrap-around balcony and
seven sets of French doors that lead on to the balcony
are a few of the many striking features that allow
you to say WOW. The apartment is small but its
all in the details. With two bedrooms and two baths
you can enjoy the best view in style and comfort.
Foodies continuously rival over rue cler and Montorgeuil
as the best food market in Paris. Those who reside
in the 7th overwhelming vote for rue cler, you be
judge since you are steps away. In July, cheer the
Tour de France from the balcony. In September, the
mens and womens Paris marathons; if viewing these
events while sipping your French wine from your
balcony doesnt make you feel Parisian, nothing
will. |

| This spacious townhouse is
accessible via a private courtyard on a quiet, pedestrian
street. The fully equipped designer kitchen, over-sized
tub and massage shower, gym and well-equipped home
entertainment center are good for down time between
sightseeing bouts. In all honesty, I'm not going
to rave about the neigborhood because people don't
stay here because of it, they just want to stay
in THIS apartment, yes it is that fabulous. Model
and fim shoots, music videos, favorite celebrity
playpen the list is endless of those booking this
space months in advance. And isn't it great to know
that mere mortals can rent it? So do you have an
occasion that deserves a memory that will last a
lifetime? Did you do well this year and need to
take the brood to celebrate? You can't go wrong
with this space, it's worth every penny. |

| This luxurious penthouse apartment
with dramatic cathedral ceilings is located in the
heart of the Latin Quarter with views of the Place
St. Michel, the Seine and the palaces of the Louvre.
The apartment was completely renovated in 2002 and
features 2 state of the art kitchens, 3 luxurious
bathrooms, Frette linens and towels, and gorgeous
French antiques throughout. I don't want you to
think that you are seeing double, Antoinette + Colette
= Deneuve. This space is ideal for generations traveling
together, the grandparents can stay in the cozy
Antoinette next door, while Mom and Dad deal with
kids in Colette. But if space is your priority...learn
to understand square footage. . |

| Rumor has it that royalty
holds court in the 16th but our sources say that
Princess Caroline of Monaco and Prince Ernst of
Hanover share a large Paris apartment on an upper
floor across the street from this apartment and
we admit our apartment has the better view. Unobstructed,
spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and Champ de
Mars Park makes you forget the dark courtyard inside
the building. The memorable stats include a 3-minute
walk to the Seine; 15 minutes to the Invalides;
10 minutes to the Trocadro; the Grand Palais, the
Four Seasons George V nearby; the Champs Elyses
mere 15-minute walk ; Place de la Concorde and the
Bon March department store are a 20-minute walk
. Need I say more? |

| With a chandelier in every
room (including the bathroom) and faux fur lined
dining room chairs, this living space is anything
but business as usual. In contrast, a look out over
the magnolia-filled courtyard will give you a sense
of the country in the heart of the city. You are,
in fact, in le Marais, one of the one of oldest
and liveliest districts in Paris. This apartment
offers every amenity discreetly tucked behind striking
oak paneling. Rich silk taffeta curtains frame the
windows, 18th century tapestries decorate the walls,
and antique rugs sit alongside sleek, glossy cowhides
on the white marble floors. If you want traditional
with a twist, this is the apartment for you. |

vacation apartments especially in Paris are hard
to find. If you can rationalize the size as quaint
instead of small, appreciate the top of the line
appliances and get over not being in the infamous

walking distance from St.Germain than we can talk.
Make sure to pack the binoculars for an incredible,
straight-on view of La Grande Dame de Paris: the

| This is the place that Aunt
Augusta would have brought Henry for their Paris
stay and if the reference escapes you, check out
Graham Greenes bibliography. This two-level home
is full of stuff from the 17th, 18th, and 19th centuries,
but its no museum. There are original 17th century
beams, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and an Upstairs,
Downstairs kitchenwell, not exactly but close.
The three bedrooms are attractively furnished and
continue the Travels with My Aunt feel. When you
go out, you can be a city person and walk to most
primary Paris attractions. |

dreamed of, a short stroll at sunset to the Seine,
a brief walk to the Eiffel Tower to savor the view?
From your balcony, you can read the Herald Tribune
and enjoy caf au lait and croissants every morning,
in the evening sip on French wine with family and
friends. The view and location are unmatched; Catherine
de Neuve lives in the neighborhood and Princess
Caroline of Monaco owns a Paris apartment on the
same street, where the Royal Crest adorns every
balcony of their apartment. Go ahead and pinch yourself
because you are in an even better location facing
west and towards the Eiffel Tower. Fall in love
with Paris and return home with warm and fuzzy memories
that will stay with you forever. The unforgettable
views, the authentic atmosphere of a Parisian neighborhood
and the luxury furnishings all combined to make
your stay a memory of a lifetime. |

| This duplex is in a mansion
originally built for Henri IV in 1595, but no way
does it show its age in terms of convenience. Actually,
the modern furnishings are a pleasing contrast to
the older architectural features. The only water
source in this duplex is downstairs, that means
a glass of water and midnight bathroom runs are
maneuvered via the tricky spiral staircase. If you
are disabled, older or like to drink extra vino
during dinner, please don't consider this apartment
because the spiral staircase needs an alert and
agile mind. The apartment is on ground floor of
a courtyard building with the kitchen and bathroom
downstairs in the cellar. If you are remotely claustrophic,
suffer from severe allergies or environmentally
sensitive, please don't consider this option. No
there isn't anything wrong but it's vaulted cellar
dating back to 1595! For everyone else, bay windows
in the living room face a tree lined private courtyard
and an iron spiral staircase leads to a splendid
vaulted cellar that houses the kitchen and dining
room. This apartment is truly ideal for two, don't
try to cramp 4 into this place because it will diminish
the splendor. In the heart of chic Saint Germain
des Prs, you are near plenty of trendy hotspots
without being near the noise. |
