NEIGHBORHOOD	One of the finest pedestrian markets in the city is 1/2 block away on the rue Cler. The Eiffel Tower, the Seine, Eglise du Dome (Napoleon's Tomb) and the Hotel des Invalides are a leisurely 10 minute walk from the front door. Perfect starting point for your exploration of the city.
FLOOR/BUILDING	The building was constructed in 1900 and has a well kept entrance and courtyard. This apartment occupies the entire 2nd floor, is in a small building with only five neighbors. Views of the surrounding neighborhood can be seen from every room in the apartment.
BATHROOM	2 bathrooms: Designer linens, hair dryers, robes, heated towel racks.
KITCHEN	Gourmet Kitchen equipped for the gourmet with stone countertops, All-Clad Cookware, a French press and a Nestle Nespresso machine. Dishwasher and convection oven, a full refrigerator, electric stovetop; all Siemens appliances. A high speed Miele washer and drying rack and heated towel racks. There is also a commercial dryer available across the street.

Paris Perfection! We are pleased to recommend this apartment as it is the BEST we’ve rented in Paris (we’ve been renting yearly for the last decade).  The location is ideal, just steps from Rue Cler but beyond the location is the apartment itself…aside from having the rarity of two bathrooms; a huge flat screen TV for morning news and a stereo for jazz at the wine hour.  It also has plenty of room to have private spaces if traveling with friends.  The living/dining/kitchen is spacious for cooking and entertaining.  Besides the great amenities, the décor is impeccable and tasteful with elegant deco touches.  The kitchen is fully updated for cooking…we could just go on and on, suffice to say we will be booking this apartment again.

We also found the recommended driving service reliable, prompt and well-priced.  The greeting service was waiting in the apartment to show us around when we arrived; other services have kept us waiting up to an hour on the sidewalk so this was nice after a long day of travel.

We have been home now a week since we left your wonderful home in France and I wanted to let you know how very much we enjoyed it. Everything was beautifully done and all the little extra touches that you have included really made our stay very special.

We were all thrilled with the apartment and the location.  It was perfect.  The coffee and tea, the wonderful music selections, and even the games you had made it seem more like home than a rental property.  We took good care of all your belongings and treated it as if it were our own.  We enjoyed cooking in on Christmas Eve and sipped wine in the living room almost every night.  It really was wonderful.

My husband, daughter, and I were fortunate enough to rent the Chagall Apartment for 10 days in July 2009.  We were impressed with this apartment from the moment that we arrived from the airport.  Our greeter was very efficient, very nice and bilingual.  She showed us not only through the apartment, but also took us for a walk through the Rue Cler market.  The apartment itself was completely first-class.  We were greeted with flowers, wine, and a very substantial amount of necessities and also luxuries in the refrigerator.  That meant that we didn’t have to immediately go out and stock the apartment. There are many stores from which it is possible to bring home prepared meals.  Throughout our stay, the staff provided us with good service.  I should add here that without the help of Rita Borges at the main office in the U.S., we would never have gotten this trip off the ground.

The apartment itself is large, well decorated and airy; it is the only apartment on its floor in the building.  The main bathroom was very large and had ample room for drying clothes (although directly across the street, we could also use a launderette).  The kitchen had up-to-date appliances, an unusually large refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine and a Nespresso coffee maker.  The dining room was very pleasant and the living room was comfortable.  We gave the apartment extremely high marks for comfort, cleanliness and excellent design.  We thought that it was a very nice touch when the owner of the apartment phoned us before our departure to tell us everything we might want to know about the place – including where to get taxis.

The apartment is located on the Rue de Grenelle just adjacent to the north corner of the Cler market.  The location is a very good reason for living there.  The market has bakeries, small super markets, cafes, wine and cheese stores and many other small conveniences of life.  Within two or three minutes walk are some of  Paris’ main avenues containing bakeries, butcher shops and a number of good restaurants.  Seven or eight of the best Paris restaurants are just a few minutes away on foot. We really loved our Chagall Paris apartment experience and would happily return.

Stayed a few days in Paris while on business...  The Paris apartment, Chagall was amazing.  It is well located with easy access to all points in Paris.  And the Paris apartment itself is the perfect retreat – elegant, clean, and miles ahead of other agencies' places that I have used in the past.   The Paris Luxe folks made everything easy to arrange and the whole experience was stress-free.

I have rented the Paris vacation apartment, Chagall twice and would have loved to rent it again.  Fritzie and her cousin were unbelievably helpful.  During my first visit in December 2009, my mother forgot her jacket.  Not only did have the jacket waiting for me on my return visit in January 2010, but they even had the jacket cleaned.  This week,  I will be staying at the luxury Paris rental, Balthazar and are looking forward to it. Of course I loved Paris and the Paris luxury apartment Chagall was lovely — light, inviting and charming. The apartment was exactly what I’d seen in the photos and I have no difficulty including it in my article. How gracious it was for them and Fritzie and Mitos to provide a welcome bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine, cheese, milk and orange juice for a guest’s arrival and to have a plentiful supply of coffee available daily. Clean robes and clean, large towels and hand soap were neatly placed in the bathroom, which was spotless.  The living room is comfortable, spacious and is well equipped with a home entertainment section. Since I didn’t cook, I used the dining area as my “office,” thoroughly enjoying having my morning coffee while at my laptop, or, having returned from a day’s outing, enjoying a glass of wine and a slice of cheese before going out again for dinner.  It’s an ideal place to stay when in Paris, and I can recommend it highly.
