Dear Lindy,
I would like to thank you whole heartedly for my stay in Paris. It was flawless and your team on the ground just wonderful especially Mitos and Fritzie whom work over and beyond the call of duty.

For every question they responded within minutes and the housekeeping they did was thoughtful.  I don’t know how much feedback you get on the team including the gentleman that works with them but when I had left the apartment for the day and had washing on-they put what they were sure was safe in the dryer and then the more delicate items they put to dry in the bathroom. I found this so commendable. When I arrive they somehow found out from Rik and Joanna, that I eat organic only and the milk they bought was organic-things like this is what I really appreciate.

Then the apartment itself was lovely and the location, I think I ended up in the best location for me-the surrounding area is really what I love and when I come back I like to stay there again.

The books in the apartment/ the Nespresso all appreciated thank you. And for Joanna’s presentation, manner, everything is as it should be and she couldn’t be more perfect for the job to represent your company-no in consistencies with her and I wished I lived closer as she’s a person I would like to stay in contact with as we have a lot in common. Rik of course my point of contact initially and too wonderful and so helpful and quick to help! I have many friends whom travel to Paris and I would only recommend your company to them without any hesitation-I could not think how anyone anywhere could do a better job than yourselves and your team. Lindy,  keep me on your email list-if you have new countries that you work in with apartments I like to know as I will stay with you.

We have been back in Oz just on 1 week and already yearn for another stay at the Bac apartment in St Germain. I cannot speak highly enough of our positive experience of comfort, location and convenience that flowed as a result of selecting Paris Luxe and specifically the Bac apartment. Accommodating two couples very comfortably we were pleasantly surprised by the warmth of the greeting upon arrival including a kitchen stocked with basics, fresh flowers and wine. That positive day 1 experience extended through our 13 days including the very supportive and knowledgeable services of your concierge Mr Rik Gitlin. Preceding all that of course was your support in building our confidence and trust in Paris Luxe– a very hard thing to do over the internet/phone between countries given we had never used your services previously. Rest assured we are converts to the Paris Luxe experience and eagerly look forward to the next time we can connect with your firm for another ideal holiday in Paris. Many thanks for providing us such great and lifelong memories.

Magical moments are shared with Family at Bac.... Flying from the Hawaiian islands to Paris is a journey all to itself. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly Paris Luxe driver which was convenient and easy. After the long journey it was wonderful to arrive to a breathtaking apartment filled with beautiful antiques and great style as well as all the amenities and luxuries one could ask for. It was all there including our greeter who explained all the workings from wifi to the fabulous coffee machine. The concierge service as well helped in our week of planning. We unpacked and settled in for one week together. There is nothing like this set up to bring people together you have the sense of home away from home - dinners in the neighborhood were magical with pre-party cocktails at home then off to dinners. By the day, as designer duos-Mary and I loved the neighborhood with all it's fabulous interior showrooms at our doorstep. This set-up truly was the magic with the ingredients that made this such a great trip for us all - having down time in this format beats a couple of the finest hotel rooms any day.
