SIZE	700 sq ft; Duplex; Designed by a leading Parisian architect, this apartment was totally demolished and rebuilt from scratch in 2004.
NEIGHBORHOOD	Located in the most amazing location in the very heart of Paris next to Madeleine, Place de la Concorde, Tuileries Gardens and Opera, hidden behind a small private fenced courtyard. Leading fashion house Chanel has the private entry there, and you will often bump into designer Karl Lagerfeld and countless celebrities. Extremely private and quiet. Many restaurants and shops nearby, including the absolutely fabulus boutiques of Faubourg Saint Honore. The best delis in Paris, Fauchon and Hediard are a few minutes walk away, as well as Lavinia, the largest wine shop in Europe.
METRO STATION	Concord or Madeline; Ground level features a spacious living room with a luxurious leather queen size sofa bed as well as a large leather lounge chair which can also be converted into a single bed (both by BPA International).
FLOOR/BUILDING	Entry is through a small fenced private courtyard leading to four huge arched doorways, each nearly 3m in height and 1m wide which can be opened to extend the living area outside, an ideal space for your aperitif or breakfast.
BATHROOM	(2) BathroomsOn the first floor, a limestone lined en suite bathroom with marble bench top features a large shower and separate bath tub. There is a separate WC. On the ground floor, there is a separate marble and limestone bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
KITCHEN	A compact dream kitchen fully equipped with ultra modern appliances, including ceramic cooktop, combination microwave/oven, washing machine/dryer, and dishwasher (all by Miele), fridge-freezer and marble bench top.
TEL/INTERNET/TV	Duplex with courtyard, phone,  fully air conditioned, TV with DVD platter, stereo system, spare DVDs and CDs and small library

Dear Alley,
The Aubert Paris apartment was exactly as we hoped it would be, the rooms were nice and the kitchen functional. The Nespresso Machine was so good that we purchased one for ourselves in Singapore on our way home to the Philippines. The location was the most outstanding of all, and we enjoyed being near to the train station, shopping, and restaurants. The air-conditioning was very good as well, and it helped in making our stay comfortable during summer. Overall we would still recommend this Paris apartment to friends and would not mind to stay in this Paris vacation rental again. Thank you for making our Paris holiday experience truly memorable, and your kind attention certainly made a difference.
