We browsed Paris apartments for weeks before narrowing our online search to three apartments. We were traveling with our four children, ages 23, 21, 6 and 4, and wanted Paris accommodations that would work well for everyone. We considered Paris hotels, but thought an apartment would be more suited and a better value for six people.
We chose Anais because its location was appealing to us. The photos were beautiful and we hoped that the apartment would look as good in person as it did online. We had been to Paris a number of times and had always stayed in hotels. Our honeymoon was spent at the then newly renovated and reopened
Four Seasons/ George V - a tough act to follow!
Upon arrival, we met our Paris concierge who gave us our keys and toured the apt with us. It was exactly as it had looked online. We began our stay in Paris. Each morning we would walk two blocks from our apartment to the street market on Rue Cler for coffee, fresh bread, orange juice, jams, fruit etc, which we would eat in our beautiful dining room.
Amazing! After breakfast, we would walk another quick two-block walk to the Metro for our daily excursion. At the end of the day, we would return to our apartment and often would cook dinner at home. What a wonderful experience! Anais has an amazing amount of living space, a large living room, beautiful
and spacious dining room, and eat-in kitchen. With three bedrooms and two and half baths, we were all able to find space to relax. When we left Paris, we were most sad to be leaving our 'home' in the 7th. We had really come to love this Paris apartment.
Our decision to rent an apt from Paris Luxe made our vacation in Paris better than we ever could have imagined. A hotel stay would not have been able to offer the feel of 'living in Paris" nor the comfort and flexibility the appartement was able to provide. Thank you Paris Luxe!

"This is the best week I've ever spent in Paris" was the comment made by our friend that joined us this week from Kuwait. We have made numerous trips to Paris but this was the first in a furnished apartment.
This was a special trip for us this year as we were taking my girlfriends 8 yr. old granddaughter for her first trip to Paris. I started my search for a Paris apartment very early on a Sunday morning. Once I landed on the Paris-Luxe website, that was it. It was so difficult to choose an apartment, but since we were going during spring break, many things were already booked.
Once I found the Anais apartment and it looked to be available, I kept my fingers crossed that we could confirm. Immediately after sending the email I got a response that it was indeed available and could they contact me by phone.... this is early on a Sunday morning. I was very impressed. Rita and I talked for
quite a while and the information she gave me was incredible. Her list of what to consider when renting
was spot on.
I was so happy to find that after confirming our trip, the team at Paris Luxe kept in communication with us right up to the Bon Voyage card we received a few days before we left. Every question I asked was answered promptly.Everyone at Paris-Luxe was able to help with any questions at any time. Their
recommendations were fantastic. The shuttle service they suggested couldn't have been better and was very competitively priced as well as on time for both the pickup and return to the airport.
We were able to check into our apartment right from the airport as the hosts/maids were finished and it was ready. They gave us an excellent introduction to our apartment. Again, they had all the answers to every question and were very thorough. It was so nice to be met by our hosts at the apartment instead of going to an agency to pick up keys and finding your way on your own. This was very much appreciated,
especially after having traveled so long.
We were like kids in a candy store exploring our Paris apartment. We all had very high expectations after all we had heard and seen on the virtual tours. The Paris apartment far exceeded our expectations. The one thing we all appreciated so much was the amount of space we had. Never, in all of our trips to Europe have we enjoyed this much space. We almost didn't want to leave during the day. Enjoying the markets
and restaurants within walking distance of Anais was fantastic. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet, and just blocks away from the Eiffel Tower and Napoleons Tomb. It couldn't have been a better location for us. The Paris apartment had everything you could possibly need, including a great journal of all the restaurants and services in the local area. We used many of these during our week.
We can't thank you enough for all your help and care in arranging our holiday. When one returns home from a vacation people ask you what the best thing was on your trip, and one would expect it to be The Louvre, Versailles, etc. For us it was "The Paris Apartment".
Paris Luxe will be our only consideration for all our future trips to Paris...and now for Provence as well. The care you take with your customers as well as your owners is unsurpassed and makes for a truly unique experience. Best regards,
Lynda Mee, Atlanta GA
The Paris apartment was a great choice for me and my family. The location was fantastic and the apartment was spacious and very Parisian. Thank you Paris Luxe!

Transport went perfectly--Fritzie and another lady were waiting for us outside when we got there. We felt like stars. It was all perfect and we love the Paris apartment.

I really enjoyed the convenience of staying in a Paris apartment. The experience was great and the apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Rik, the concierge, was really nice and helped us out tremendously.

Dear Lindy, We had a fantastic time in Paris. The Paris apartment was perfect and the location amazing. Thank you! Next time we are heading off to Paris, I will definitely be in contact.

President Obama dines steps from the Anais Paris Apartment!
La Fontaine de Mars Restaurant on rue Saint- Dominque is around the corner from the Anais Paris Apartment which is part of the Paris Luxe Apartments portfolio.
Not since the Kennedys’ Paris tour of 1961 has Paris been so eager to see the
American first family. Paris had five very special visitors, President Obama, the first Lady,
first daughters Malia and Sasha and first grandma Marian Robinson. The President and
first lady were in Paris to join their counterparts from France, Canada and Britain to
commemorate the 65th anniversary of D-Day, the allied invasion of Normandy in World
War II that led to victory in Europe.
The first family stayed at the U.S. ambassador's residence in Paris and spent time as
Paris tourists with their daughters. Shortly after 9 a.m., the Obama family arrived at the
Pompidou Center, a famous Paris modern art museum constructed of color-coded
ducts established in 1977. The best view of Paris is seen from the top of the Pompidou
Center. Since daughter, Sasha was celebrating her 8th birthday in Paris it was fitting that
the family climbed the infamous Paris attraction, Notre Dame, the 12th century Gothic
Paris church. While in the Paris landmark, the first family were serenaded by a Paris
children’s choir. President Obama even lit a candle in the Paris church but to the dismay
of the Paris spectators the Paris cathedral was closed to the public during the first
family's Paris visit.
President Barack Obama and first lady, Michelle, dined at a cozy neighborhood Paris
bistro just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Obama and Michelle dined at one of Paris’
top bistros, La Fontaine de Mars, established in 1908. As one of Paris’ renowned dining
establishments, this moderately priced, country style décor Paris restaurant, complete
with red and white checkered tablecloths and dark wood furniture is in the heart of Paris’
7th arrondissement. The Obamas shared the restaurant with other Paris diners, and the
other French restaurants on the popular Rue St. Dominique were filled. Paris crowds
pressed behind barriers while Paris police in riot gear lined the street. Parisians held
up cell phones and cameras to snap pictures of the first couple, and the Paris crowd
burst into applause as the Obamas left the Paris restaurant.
Joining them during their conventional Paris meal was Malia (first daughter), an
American writer and a fifth person. The traditional Paris bistro specializes in rustic
dishes from France's southwest region of Bordeaux Perigord, and the Basque. Paris
favorites such as foie gras, duck and cassoulet are on the menu as well. With its old-
fashioned Parisian air, traditional Paris food and not over-the-top prices for Paris, La
Fontaine de Mars has many followers. Fontaine is a Paris tourist dining institution since
it is mentioned in many Paris guidebooks. But best of all, the Paris restaurant is steps
away from the Anais Paris luxury apartment showcased by premier luxury Paris vacation
apartment agency, Paris Luxe.
Anais Paris Apartment is a popular 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury Paris vacation apartment
available for short term rental. Inspired by 19th century décor, this charming Paris
apartment is ideal for a family of 5 but can accommodate up to 6. As part of the boutique
portfolio of luxury Paris apartments represented by Paris Luxe, this family size Paris
pied-a-terre is on the tranquil Square de la tour Maubourg, which leads into a private
garden. While spending your Paris family vacation in this Paris luxury apartment, you
can dine in Obama fashion since the apartment is literally around the corner from the
now world famous French restaurant, La Fontaine de Mars.
The Paris bistro staff told the media that the President chose roast lamb for dinner,
while everyone else in the party had beef filets and crème brulee. There was no French
wine, just water. The Paris restaurant has warm duck foie gras salad with pears for 26
euros($36) and crème brulee dessert for 9 euros ($13). President Obama picked up the
approximately 300€ check. The Presidential party was waited on by Gabriel de Carvalho
who told the Associated Foreign Press and that there was a secret service agent taster
in the Paris kitchen to test the meal before it was served. "They had someone who
tasted the dishes," said waiter Gabriel de Carvalho from La Fontaine de Mars, the Paris
restaurant where Obama and his family has a traditional Paris dinner. "It wasn't very
pleasant for the cooks, but the person was very nice, so it all went well," he said on the
Itele news channel.
